Sergey Neller
Sergey Neller was the first prize winner of the Pancho Vladigerov International Piano Competition in Bulgaria. He has performed as a pianist throughout Russia and Europe. His Opera < Tintagilea> premiered at Moscow State Music Theatre in 2006, produced by Dmitry Krymov, conducted by the French Conductor Nvart Andreassian. It was warmly received by the audience and the critics and since then, he has been recognized as a rising young composer of his generation in Russia. In 2009, Mr. Neller recorded the complete works of Lev Oborin (world-premiere recording) and Piano Sonatas by Medtner in the first Russian edition.
Recipient of stipend from the prestigious Rostropovich Foundation, Mr. Neller is studying piano with Professor Voskressensky, and composition with Professor Koblyakov at the Moscow State Conservatory.
